3. Payments and Refunds

• Payment Terms: Payments are collected via Stripe following the onboarding call, which can be scheduled directly through our Website using Calendly.

• Refund Policy:

• Clients dissatisfied with delivered results must notify Temkeng LTD in writing within 5 business days of delivery.

• Temkeng LTD will have 5 business days to address and resolve the issue to the Client’s satisfaction. This may include revisions, corrections, or additional work.

• If the issue remains unresolved after this period, the Client may escalate the matter to arbitration as outlined in Section 6.

• Refunds are not provided for completed services or delivered materials unless explicitly agreed upon during the resolution process.

4. Intellectual Property

• All final deliverables, such as videos or content created by Temkeng, become the property of the Client upon full payment.

• Temkeng retains the right to showcase non-sensitive work in its portfolio while respecting confidentiality agreements.

5. Amendments

Temkeng reserves the right to update these Terms of Use without prior notice. Continued use of the Website or Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

6. Arbitration

In the event of disputes, arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
